We manufacture straight duct, bends, tapers, sets and offsets, square-to-round transitions,transformations, plenums, filter boxes, spigot plates, drip and condensate trays, and other made-to-measure fittings. Items are tailored to your drawings, schedules or dimensions, allowing us to supply standard components and more complex fittings to suit the project.

Our rectangular ductwork is manufactured in accordance with BESA DW/144 for Class A low-pressure, Class B medium-pressure and Class C or D high-pressure applications. Sheet thicknesses, joints, reinforcement and sealing are selected to suit the specified duct dimensions, pressure classification and air-leakage requirements.
Our standard rectangular ductwork is manufactured using hot-dip galvanised steel to BS EN10346:2015, grade DX51D+Z275. This combines a steel grade suited to forming and fabrication with a zinc coating that helps protect against corrosion. Material suitability should be confirmed against the project specification and operating environment.
We manufacture Firemac FM fire-resistant ductwork for ventilation, smoke extract, kitchen extract and pressurisation systems. Solutions are also available for car park extract and specialist fume extract applications, subject to the relevant system specification. Firemac FM systems have been tested to BS 476 Part 24:1987 and EN 1366 Parts 1, 8 and 9, with supporting third-party certification.
