Who are we?

We are a specialist UK manufacturer for the manufacture and supply of rectangular and bespoke ductwork. Our capabilities cover a wide range of ductwork products, including straight duct, bends, tapers, offsets, square-to-round transitions, transformations, plenums, filter boxes, spigot plates, drip and condensate trays, and other made-to-measure fittings.

Our rectangular ductwork is manufactured in accordance with BESA DW/144, with construction selected according to the specified duct size, pressure classification and air-leakage requirements. We can manufacture for Class A low-pressure, Class B medium-pressure and Class C or D high-pressure applications, subject to your project’s specifications.

We also manufacture Firemac FM fire-resistant ductwork for applications including ventilation, smoke extract, kitchen extract, pressurisation, car park extract and specialist fume extract systems. Firemac systems are available for applicable tested configurations with fire resistance of up to 240 minutes, subject to the selected system and its supporting documentation.

From discussing bespoke requirements to reviewing drawings, we take the time to understand what you need. If your project has particular material, pressure, fire-performance or finish requirements, we can discuss the available options and help establish a suitable manufacturing specification.

We also recognise that project programmes can change. If you require ductwork quickly, we can review your requirements against our current production schedule and available capacity before confirming a realistic lead time.
